Workshop: Qi Xing Quan
Shifu Shi Heng Xuan will be running a three hour workshop this Sunday 28th April at The Zen Studio, Loughton. The workshop will run between 12:30pm and 3:30pm during which time you will be studying Qi Xing Quan – Seven Stars Form. Don’t miss this opportunity to train with a 35th generation Shaolin Warrior!
